Description
(Condensed Summary of the Segments)
Segments 1-5 & 5-10:
Nawwar is struggling with insomnia, constantly dreaming of a mysterious, beautiful woman he loves. In one dream, she tells him she loves him too but cannot marry him because there is a great danger surrounding her and she doesn’t want to put him in harm's way. A dark force suddenly intervenes, threatening them both, and the woman disappears. Nawwar wakes up distressed, questioning why his heart would choose to love someone who is not human. He prays for strength and peace. The next morning, his younger sister, Mimi, wakes him up for breakfast. Nawwar is a doctor who also helps his sister with her school assignments. During breakfast, his mother (Mami Hafsat) urges him to get married before his father chooses someone for him. Nawwar confesses to his mother that he is in love with a girl he meets in his dreams and reality, but she is not human. His mother is shocked and terrified, advising him to pray for God to remove this impossible love from his heart.
Segments 10-15 & 15-20:
While driving to the hospital, Nawwar is confronted by the same dark, supernatural entity that threatened him before. She warns him to stay away from "Sameeratun Nawwara," threatening both their lives. Nawwar is left traumatized, physically collapsing from the stress, which leads to heart complications. Meanwhile, Sameeratun Nawwara is being severely tortured in the Jinn realm for defying their laws and loving a human. A powerful Jinn named Ambar, who wants to force her into marriage, oversees the torture. Sameeratun Nawwara remains defiant, declaring that Nawwar is her husband forever. A mysterious, powerful entity (the spirit of the late Princess Sameeratu) appears, scaring Ambar and his sister Kiyara. It is revealed that Sameeratun Nawwara is a Jinn who became a Muslim and fell in love with Nawwar after seeing him praying at the mosque during Eid.
Segments 20-25:
Sameeratun Nawwara appears to Nawwar and his friend Awwal (a doctor) at the hospital. Awwal is terrified and initially tries to run away, but Sameeratun Nawwara convinces him she means no harm. She explains her history: she was raised in the palace of King Gulmiyanu, but she doesn't know her true origin or who her parents are. She is constantly hunted by Ambar, who wants to possess her. She recounts how she first met Nawwar and asks for their help. The story ends with her recalling a day by the river where she encountered a mysterious Fulani woman carrying a bowl of milk, who seemed to have a connection to her past.
