“Which ones are you talking about?” Angel asked, looking at Batul’s face.
Batul pointed at the trees in front of them.
Angel widened her eyes slightly and looked at Danish, who was watching her face. He almost smiled at Batul’s innocence.

“Since we started walking, they’ve been standing there without moving. Even the sun keeps following us everywhere we go, I see it. Don’t they get tired?”

“So if these trees started moving now, would you stand still? And you still have the mouth to say they don’t get tired of standing?”

Angel carried her and stood up.
“I’ll take her to pee,” she told Danish.
He nodded and said softly,
“No need to go far. She can do it behind a tree.”
Angel agreed and took her behind a tree.
When they returned, she told everyone to continue walking before night fell on them there.
They resumed their journey, tired and weak.

Suddenly, without warning, a goat fell right in front of them as if someone had thrown it.
Terrified, they all scattered and ran into the forest.
Danish became very worried. His greatest fear was that a wild animal might attack them.
Five of them ran off in different directions.
Only Danish and Haris remained, because Danish was holding him.
Angel shouted:
“Danish, three of them are missing! What do we do?!”
Without replying, he leaned Haris against a tree and ran into the forest to find the others.
Meanwhile, Jemimah clung to Angel and stared at the goat.
The goat simply stood there eating grass.
Angel became angry. She picked up stones and threw them at it.
The goat ran away.
Jemimah burst out laughing.
“Genie, so you’re afraid of that thing? Batul and the others ran because of this? It’s even walking around naked without clothes! Its breasts are hanging like an old woman’s. Is it human like us?”
Angel didn’t reply.
Her face showed deep worry.
Her mind would never be at peace until the others returned.

They turned and saw them coming back in a line.

“Why didn’t you tell us it was just a goat?! We only know its meat, not how it looks!”
